2. Accounts and Purchases
When you create an account or make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or product/service availability.
3. Payment and Performance Guarantee Policy
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
Velocity AI LLC guarantees a minimum of ten (10) qualified booked appointments within ninety (90) days of official campaign launch (the “Initial Guarantee Period”).
A “qualified booked appointment” is defined as a scheduled HVAC service appointment with a homeowner or authorized decision-maker located within the Client’s service area, recorded through Velocity AI’s lead handling and booking systems. Cancelled appointments, duplicate bookings, non-service inquiries, and no-shows do not count toward the guarantee.
If the appointment target is not achieved within the Initial Guarantee Period, the Client may choose one of the following remedies:
(a) Continued Service:
Velocity AI LLC will continue providing the agreed-upon services at no additional service fee until the guaranteed appointment target is achieved. The Client remains responsible for all advertising spend and third-party costs during this continuation period.
(b) 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If the Company fails to generate any (zero) Qualified Appointments within the Initial Guarantee Period, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the Service Fees paid. To claim this refund, the Client must notify the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days following the end of the Initial Guarantee Period. This refund applies only to Service Fees and does not include any Ad Spend. This option is only available if the 10-appointment goal is not met AND zero appointments were delivered.
This guarantee applies only if the Client maintains agreed advertising spend, provides accurate business information, maintains service availability, and permits Velocity AI LLC to manage lead handling and communication systems.
This Performance Guarantee is the sole performance remedy offered by Velocity AI LLC and supersedes any other refund policy or performance representation.
Velocity AI LLC’s total liability under this policy shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client.
If payment obligations are not met, Velocity AI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software is the property of Velocity Ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials from our website without our express written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, accuracy of information, or suitability for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the services in question.

b. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Velocity AI LLC. For assistance, reply HELP.
c. Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.
d. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Velocity AI LLC is not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages caused by your carrier, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
e. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be 18 years or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Velocity AI LLC.
